Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of a Firm for the Operationalization of the National Chamber of Women’s Entrepreneurship (cnef)
To strengthen the institutional and organizational capacities of the CNEF (National Commission for Women Entrepreneurship) to enable it to become a high-performing, sustainable, and influential institution, capable of effectively supporting women entrepreneurs and promoting women's entrepreneurship in Chad.
3. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
The specific objectives are:
1. To conduct a thorough organizational assessment to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) of the CNEF;
2. To develop gender-sensitive sector profiles highlighting the economic potential of the various sectors of the Chadian economy;
3. To develop a three-year strategic plan (2027–2030) accompanied by a detailed operational action plan;
4. To strengthen the capacities of staff, governing bodies, and members through targeted training, practical workshops, and personalized coaching;
5. Implement modern management tools (procedure manuals, dashboards, monitoring and evaluation systems) for effective monitoring and support of women-owned businesses;
6. Develop and implement a communication and advocacy plan as well as a financial resource mobilization strategy to increase the CNEF's capacity, visibility, and influence.
the Services Planned Under This Contract Essentially Include the Following Activities: (i) Carrying Out An In-depth Organizational Diagnosis to Identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (swot Analysis) of the Cnef; (ii) Develop Sensitive Gender Sector Sheets Highlighting the Economic Potential of the Different Sectors of the Chadian Economy; (iii) Develop a Three-year Strategic Plan (2027–2030) Accompanied By a Detailed Operational Action Plan; (iv) Strengthen the Capacities of Staff, Management Bodies and Members Through Targeted Training, Practical Workshops and Personalized Coaching; (v) Implement Modern Management Tools (procedure Manuals, Dashboards, Monitoring-evaluation Systems) for Effective Monitoring and Supervision of Womens Businesses; (vi) Develop and Implement a Communication and Advocacy Plan as Well as a Strategy for Mobilizing Financial Resources to Increase the Intervention Capacities, Visibility and Influence of the Cnef. |
