Expression of interest for Recruitment of a Firm for Technical Assistance for the Development of 15 Land Use and Use Plans (poas) and 15 Community Development Plans (pac)
the Services Planned Under This Contract Essentially Include the Following Activities: (i) Mobilize Stakeholders Around the Process of Participatory and Inclusive Planning at the Village Level; (ii) Divide the Municipalities Into Sub-zones Or Clusters; (iii) Identify and Train Stakeholders; (iv) Carry Out a Detailed Participatory Diagnosis Based on the Constraints and Needs/opportunities of Communities Regarding Local Resources; (v) Develop Participatory Maps of the Living Space of Communities Relating to the Sustainable Management of Local Natural Resources and Which Facilitate Interaction Between Stakeholders; (vi) Geolocate the Elements Represented on the Map Sketches in Order to Analyze Them in a Geographic Information System (gis); (vii) Develop and Sign Social Agreements on Well-identified and Secure Land Areas Between Landowners and Operators; (viii) Develop and Validate the Fifteen (15) Community Management Development Plans for the Sustainable Exploitation of Natural Resources (pac), and the Fifteen 15 Land Use and Land Use Plans (poas), as Well as Priority Sub-projects. |
